What does it cost?
A single page on a set template is $650 flat, live in five business days. A full company site starts at $2,200 and most land between there and around seven thousand depending on page count, whether your team needs to edit it, and whether it has to transact. You get one fixed number before anything starts, and it doesn't move unless you ask for something outside the agreed scope — in which case we price that before we build it.
Why is management a separate monthly fee?
Because the work is genuinely ongoing: monitoring, patching, backups, hosting, performance and the content changes your business actually needs. Plans start at $95/month and the first three months come with any build. You can leave any time — you keep the site and every credential.
Do we own the site?
Yes, completely. Your domain is registered in your name from day one. The rest of the handover packet — code, content and every login, in writing — is yours at final payment, which on a standard build is launch. If you ever move on, you move on with a working website rather than a hostage negotiation.
Can our team edit it without breaking it?
That's the point of the CMS on Platform and above. Your marketing person gets a login and plain forms — headline, image, price, post. There is no way to take the site down from in there, and every change is versioned, so anything can be reverted.
What do you need from us?
Brand assets, your copy or the raw material for it, access to your domain, and roughly two hours of one decision-maker's time. Waiting on content is the single thing that delays a project, so we set a date for it at the start.
Can you take over a site somebody else built?
Often, yes — that's what the audit is for. If it's on a stack we can safely operate we'll migrate and manage it. If keeping it alive would cost you more than replacing it, we'll say so plainly instead of billing you monthly to babysit it.
What industries do you work with?
Anyone with customers and a website that has a job to do — professional services, hospitality, trades, studios, clinics, small software companies. If we're not the right fit, we'll tell you early and point you somewhere better.
